Because of this "independent" status, Wayne feels that he can offer added value to clients because of the ability to "shop around" for products and companies that fit their needs. He currently is appointed with over 25 insurance companies, and licensed in Tennessee and Arkansas.
Wayne has also written training programs, hosted training workshops for insurance agents, and is an approved moderator for the Life Underwriter Training Council, a division of The American College.
Wayne is affiliated with Milestone Financial Group, Inc., which is a regional insurance brokerage firm assisting independent agents all over the Mid-South. Milestone is a "wholesale distributor" of insurance and retirement savings products, which means that it helps independent agents find the right plan and company for their clients' financial security needs. Over 300 independent insurance advisors in the Mid-South rely on Milestone for quality products and services. As Vice President and Managing General Agent for Milestone, Wayne is responsible for assisting those independent advisors in his region, which consists of Tennessee and Arkansas.
